The numerical model of three-nozzle (189 mm,150 mm and 189mm)chamber is established based on the wind chamber type multi-nozzle air volume measurement device.In addition,the accuracy of the model is verified through experiments.In order to study the impact of nozzle baffle spacing on air volume measurement,six groups of contrastive tests are designed to analyze static pressure,velocity,flow field uniformity in nozzle chamber and simulated air volume under different nozzle baffle spacings.The results show that,with the increase of nozzle baffle spacing,the uniformity of the flow field in the nozzle chamber improves,and the vortices in the nozzle chamber and simulated air volume decrease.When the dimensionless nozzle baffle spacing is 1,compared with that without baffle,the deviation of their simulated air volumes is0.76%.Finally,the fitting formula of nozzle baffle spacing in the simulation interval about the simulated air volume is given to provide reference for the engineering design of nozzle baffle spacing.
